Terms of Use

Last updated: June 25, 2026

By downloading or using the CronPing iOS application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

CronPing is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated here by reference. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Notifications and Reliability

CronPing schedules local notifications through iOS. Delivery of those notifications is performed by iOS and is subject to system constraints (Focus modes, Do Not Disturb, low power mode, notification permissions, app refresh limits, and similar factors). CronPing is provided as a productivity utility and should not be relied upon for time-critical, safety-critical, or medical alerting.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer of CronPing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app, including missed reminders, lost data, or any other damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
